Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the level of the attack.

IMPORTANT NOTE - abltech.com has the right to suspend service, or disallow access to anyone who violates abltech.com's Privacy Policy or other related documents WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE. No refunds or fees paid will be made if account termination is due to violation of the terms outlined below.

This time, client may not run IRC, bots or clients on shared servers assigned by abltech.com to him. Unacceptable uses also include, but are NOT limited to: Bulk emailing, unsolicited emailings, newsgroup spamming, pornographic content, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers, and/or anything else determined by abltech.com to be undesirable use of abltech.com's services including abuse of server resources.

In addition, all hosting accounts may be terminated if include the following content or which have links to the following content:

• Providing material that is grossly offensive to the Web community including transparent expressions of bigotry, racism or hatred.
• Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.
• Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age.
• Acts of copyright infringement including offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs, information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs, or any type of cracker utilities.

Server Resource Abuse
Client accounts are limited in use of the sum of server resources. Shared server resource abuse takes in any practice or service treatment that distresses standard shared server procedure, resources or connectivity, and which causes a server to become overloaded.

Shared server resources include CPU and memory usage, number of parallel processes, number of concurrent port or database connections and total bandwidth. Possible causes of server resource abuse include, but are not restricted to the use of: CGI, Perl, Sendmail, mySQL, MSSQL, PHP, ASP, COLDFUSION, HTTP, SMTP, POP3 and FTP. If server resource abuse is identified, possible actions include, but are not limited to: disabling of the offending script or scripts, disabling of the specific service, disabling of the whole account or account termination. If server overload is a result of server resource abuse, these actions will be taken without prior notice or warning.

Chat Rooms
We forbid clients to set up their own chat rooms within a shared hosting account, without the abltech.com Supporting Team's approval. Most chat rooms likely to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option.

Abuse of SMTP Mail Server
We prohibit clients to post more than 2000 pieces of e-mail per day from a shared hosting account. If you do send more than 2000 pieces of e-mail per day, your account will be placed on hold for Network Abuse. If you are sending justifiable e-mails with the total of more than 2000 per day your account will be moved to a special server that is exclusively intended for high volumes of e-mail.

Network Security
Clients are prohibited to use the abltech.com network with an attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This comprises, but is not restricted to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into a server or account the customer is not particularly allowed to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization's security policy.

Client may not attempt to hamper or rebuff service to any user, host, or network. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, mail bombing, or other intentional attempts to overload or crash a host or network. abltech.com will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the examination of suspected criminal violations. Users who violate system or network security may incur criminal or civil charge.

You are exclusively in charge for any security violation disturbing servers or accounts under your control. If your server or website is responsible for or involved in an attack on or unauthorized access into another server or system, abltech.com will shut it down right away. Consequently, you will pay any charges resulting from the cost to correct security breaches affecting abltech.com or any of its other customers.

Electronic Commerce
Clients will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your online store and products and all contents and materials appearing online or on your products, including without limitation (a) the accuracy and appropriateness of content and materials appearing within the store or related to your products, (b) ensuring that the content and materials appearing within the store or related to your products do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, and (c) ensuring that the content and materials appearing within the store or related to your products are not libelous or otherwise illegal.

The development, operation and maintenance of the online store and products and all contents and materials appearing online on your products will be solely your responsible. Without restriction, this will include:

• The precision and suitability of content and materials emerging within the store or related to your products.
• To ensure that the content and materials appearing within the store or related to your products do not violate or infringe upon the right of any third party.
• To ensure that the content and materials appearing within the store or related to your products are not slanderous or otherwise against the law.

Client will be solely responsible for the final calculation and application of shipping and sales tax. Client will also be solely responsible for accepting, processing, and filling any customer orders, and for handling any customer inquiries or complaints arising there from.

Clients are also responsible for the security of any customer credit card numbers and related customer information you may access, consequently as the result electronic commerce transactions through your Web Site. Client will keep all such information confidential and will use the same degree of care and security as you use with your confidential information.

Content Policy
abltech.com prohibits its clients to host, broadcast, and set aside adult content related information from, to, and or within its servers, both for personal use or public access. The same conditions also applies for illegal materials/stolen materials and or outlaw for any regulation around-the-globe. By reading and understanding this condition, all abltech.com's clients agree to release abltech.com from any possibly claim from other parties, government, law, country and others, pertaining to any materials which are issued by means of abltech.com's network facilities.

By utilizing abltech.com service, you acquire entrée to Chat Areas, Bulletin Boards, Web Pages, Email, or other services that enable clients to send or post materials ("content") and make that content available to others. However, you must not submit, publish, or display on the Network any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening content. Additionally, you should not submit, publish, or display any content that violates any Local Law, Regional Law or International Law, since all you are solely responsible for the content you make which is accessible through the abltech.com Network. Meanwhile, client may not use the service to support any other person or entity to violate any Local Law, Regional Law, International Law, Ordinances or Regulations.

abltech.com is not obliged to supervise the network to examine available content. Client hereby acknowledge that if we are made aware of content that is determined to be, in its sole discretion, unacceptable, undesirable, offensive, indecent, obscene, excessively violent or otherwise objectionable, abltech.com has the right, but not the obligation, to edit, remove or deny access to such content. abltech.com may reveal any content or records concerning client's account as required to convince any Law, Regulation, Governmental Request or Court Order.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising are illegal on all abltech.com servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, display nudity, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to abltech.com' servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited, while any site selling or promoting Bulk Email Service is not permitted

Cancellation
abltech.com reserves the right to terminate service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by abltech.com if abltech.com institute its right of cancellation. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be allocated to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.)

Termination
abltech.com reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole prudence.

Indemnification
Client agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold abltech.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against abltech.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless abltech.com against liabilities arising out of: (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with abltech.com server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement.

Disclaimer
abltech.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. abltech.com makes no warranties of any kind, implied for services we provide. abltech.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or suitability for a particular intention. This includes loss of data resulting from postponement, and any and all service disruptions caused by abltech.com and its employees. abltech.com reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy without notice. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation.
